Private Tours and Group Campouts
Rim Tours is uniquely qualified to provide fully-supported, custom-catered, backcountry adventures for groups of all types from 8-28 people. For 35+ years we have pioneered overland adventures, and have the gear to back it up:
- 4x4 Overland Trucks for hauling the gear
- Extensive camp kitchens, coolers, group water-hauling capacity
- Personal Hygiene plan (backcountry toilets, hand-wash stations, hot washcloths and showers)
- Menu Planning, Preparation and Shopping for most all dietary concerns
- Tents, Sleeping Bags and Pads for Rent
- High-end Santa Cruz mountain Bikes and eBikes for rent
- Professional guides are Wilderness First Responders (WFR), experienced camp chefs and lovers of the outdoors
General Considerations
- White Rim and Maze trip dates are set w/ the National Park Service in advance, only the dates on our calendar are available for those trips. To make these trips private we request 10+ guests for the White Rim and 6+ for The Maze to designate the trip 'private'
- Most other trips can be done w/ custom dates for groups of 8+
- Spring and Fall in the Moab desert (Needles to Moab,
- Summer in the CO/UT Mountains
- Winter in Sunny Arizona
- We're kind of into biking all-day, everyday, but if your group isn't totally ready for that, we can accomodate rest days, hike days, or work with you to book climbing, canyoneering, rafting or other great Moab adventures.
