Cancellation Policy (Vehicle Support Services):

We treat all support services bookings as a private trip. All deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation prior to 45 days before the trip start date will forfeit the deposit. Any cancellation 45 days or fewer before the trip start date will forfeit the full price of the booking. We must adhere to our cancellation policy to protect our ability to run tours and to maintain our price structures. Please don't ask us to make exceptions. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
